Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Lead case management, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians. Requires active BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians
  • Collaborate with families and other providers
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in related field
  • Experience with pediatric ABA preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Full-time / Part-time

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, daycare/preschool, and community settings. Training provided for candidates without RBT certification.

Responsibilities

  • Implement ABA treatment protocols
  • Collect and record session data
  • Collaborate with supervising BCBA
  • Communicate with families
  • Support skill development and behavior goals

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred
  • RBT certification or willingness to obtain
  • Passion for working with children
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours
